Handy Camera

Review Date: July 17, 2010
Reviewer: S. Brookes, Staffirdshire England
I wanted an inexpensive camera, small enough to carry around but with enough 'spec' to take decent photos. I have found it a handily sized camera, which has taken some really decent photos. I am still finding my way around the menu & controls and I have found the battery/memory card compartment door a little flimsy but all in all a decent camera for the price.

Picture quality excellent and easy to set up and use. Bought it for my 11 year old who has found it ideal as a first camera. Robust construction although the battery cover seems a little flimsy.
A very Good Purchase

Reviewer: Mr. Stanley Graves,
Over the winter, my Box-Brownie camera had developed wood-worm and the " birdie" we used to watch had died of fowl-pest, so it was decided to to lift the floorboard and raid the piggy-bank for a replacement.
I was spoilt for choice with the selection offered by Amerzon but, being an 85 year old (visually challenged) OAP the price, size and the 2.5 inch LCD was my obvious choice.
Delivery was the AMERZON norm, received in good condition,an in good time.
I found that if you stick the camera on AUTO there is no problem in producing good clear detailed 'snaps', but for it's myriads of other useful features a Ph.D. in Photography or other qualification would be desirable (in my case, anyway!).
For those of you not contributing to the Bill Gates Pension Fund may I inform you that this camera will work, without any problems with UBUNTU LINUX using the WINE program for the accompanying Windows CD.

Brilliant Camera

Review Date: June 9, 2010
Reviewer: M. Furneaux, Devon, England
This is the first camera I've had and to be honest, I wasn't expecting much. But when I started to use it, it was brilliant!!

I only use it for going out with friends and family and things like that but its ideal! Quality is brilliant and the way it functions is good as well. The only 2 little tiny moans I do have is that, the battery life is really short, even with Ni-Cl batteries, I would definitely advice rechargeable's else a fortune would be spent on batteries. And that the flash takes a long time to re-charge after its been used. Apart from that its an excellent little camera :)
